STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Using strength based weight lifting workouts, our S&C classes focus on building your body to its fullest potential. These programs are super simple, fun and effective
BOXING
Learn the right to box with your experienced fighter, Rod! With a primary focus on skill and technique, our boxing classes will work not only your body but also your mind. We’ll help build a solid foundation of fundamental skills like punching and pad work, as well as complex skills like footwork and movement- and you’ll have a hell of a lot of fun while doing it!
PERSONAL TRAINING
Ready to kick some goals? Well, look no further than our fully equipped and completely tailored personal training program. You’ll work one on one with Rod using training and nutrition to master your body and your mind - creating a healthier, happier you! Whether you want to lose weight, increase performance, or improve your overall health and fitness, we’ll help you reach any goal you set.
